Lydia brings a comprehensive background in non-profit management, institutional and business development, strategic planning, marketing, communications, public relations, and event planning. She has worked in leadership positions for educational institutions such as Villanova, Drexel, Rutgers and Penn State Universities
and numerous charitable organizations such as The American Cancer Society, Goodwill and Razom for Ukraine. Specializing in building and strengthening emerging fundraising programs and teams, Lydia leverages analytics to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring both short-term results and long-term impact.
Charles is an entrepreneur and growth-minded professional proven in creating, planning, directing, and improving development operations within fast paced environments. He has a record of accelerating revenue growth via relationship building with over 10 years of development and fundraising experience. His forte is building and executing large-scale fundraising events and galas such as the American Heart Association's Heart Ball.
